why i wrote this Course:
As a Psychologist specialising in Trauma work I have seen so many clients suffering from the symptoms of trauma. They make some great gains in the therapy sessions but then they go out in the world and struggle in a dysregulated nervous system each day in between. I wrote this course so that I could offer the psychoeducation needed to know how to recover your nervous system and feel more in control, more often.
